Cancellation rules for conference & other group bookings
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: No charge
4-2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the agreed price
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: Full charge
The cancellation must be written to us.

Up to 4 weeks before arrival: No charge
4-2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the agreed price
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: Full charge
Quantity adjustment: Free of charge up to 10% of the quantity three days before.
Hired services
Stufvenäs Gästgifveri’s cancellation rules do not apply to hired services such as activity companies, artists, and transport, but the subcontractor’s cancellation rules.
