Nature Workout

Monday - Sunday 1 pm

Welcome to join in nature for a lovely 30-minute workout session. The session is outdoors with nature and your own body as tools. Clothes after weather. The session is led by our skilled spa therapists and no prior knowledge is required. Collection at the hotel reception. Don’t forget to bring your own water bottle! Book (or cancel) your place no later than 6 pm the day before in the spare reception. Free for hotel guests.

Nature yoga

Standing yoga in nature. Where we work with our own body at a calm pace in different positions and with breathing as a tool. Depending on your daily form, will and intention with the workout, it may be easier or tougher to perform yoga. The session is outdoors. Clothes after weather. The session is led by our skilled spa therapists and no previous knowledge is required.

Different kinds of nature workouts

The oak

Physical training combined with strength exercises and stretching along the forest path. We start from Stufvenäs and make our way down to the oak. The total distance is about 1 km.

The beach

Physical training combined with strength exercises and stretching on the beach. We start from Stufvenäs and make our way to Fulvik’s beach. The total distance is about 2 km.

No previous knowledge is required.

The boathouse

Circle training with strength and final stretch on the grass next to Kalmarsund and our boathouse.

No previous knowledge is required.
